We understand that sometimes an item might not fit or look exactly as you imagined. We are happy to offer returns based on the following conditions:

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Requests made after this 14-day period cannot be accepted.

2. Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the exact condition in which it was received:

• Must be unworn and unwashed (tried on only).

• Must have all tags attached (if originally attached).

• Must be free from smells (perfume, smoke, laundry detergent) or damage (makeup stains, rips) caused after receipt.

3. Inspection and Documentation

All items are extensively photographed and inspected by our team prior to shipping. If a returned item is received in a different condition than when it was sent, we reserve the right to refuse the return and no refund will be issued.

4. Return Shipping Cost

All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Ship Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to please enquire for privacy.

3. Inspection & Refund: Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refund: If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 2 business days. business days.

6. Final Sale Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items marked as "Final Sale".

• Intimates, swimwear, or pierced jewelry (if applicable).
